We have a liberal cancellation policy as we value our customers.

Cancellation Policy
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order, for outright cancellations by you.
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will cancel your order.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you cannot cancel the order. If you received the product, it will be eligible for return or replacement.

Returns and Replacements
We offer a  2 day return policy for jewelry and 7-days return policy for other products in their original condition. 

After the above stated stipulated time of the delivery of the products to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt and proof of purchase. 

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing or if original packaging is damaged.
Serial Number is tampered with.
Product is used or altered
If request is initiated after the stipulated business days of order delivery
Free product provided by brand

Please check the process of a return/exchange:

Keep all items in the same package. 
Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original contents, tag and packaging intact.
​For the return, please give a call or email us at the number or email address tassels2022@gmail.com provided in the website. We will schedule a reverse pickup and someone will collect the products at no extra cost from you within 3-5 business days and a tracking number will be provided to see its route to us.

Please ensure that you collect the acknowledgement copy from the courier person to track the courier.
Once the products reach us and post inspection, we will send you an email with the coupon code of the same amount as your purchase. You can use the code for your next purchase.

We do not refund the money back, but we do return it in the form of credit note/ coupon code.

Please note that in case we do not get the tracking number or the acknowledgement from you and do not receive the return courier, we will not be able to send you the coupon code of returns.​

We request you to allow at least 10-12 days for the entire return process to be completed. 

How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
